MoahBoost Data Deletion Instructions
Request deletion of your personal data
MoahBoost respects your privacy and provides a way for users to request deletion of personal data associated with their MoahBoost account.
To request deletion of your data, contact MoahBoost Support using our official support channel. Our support team will review the request and process eligible deletion requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
What data we hold on your account:
- Account details — your username, email address, and phone number
- Wallet and transaction records — deposits, orders, and refunds
- Order history — the services you purchased and the links you submitted
- Support conversations — your tickets and messages to our support team
Deleting your data also closes your account and removes your wallet balance. Any remaining balance should be used or withdrawn before you submit a deletion request.
How deletion works
1. Contact Support
Message our official support team through WhatsApp, email, or a support ticket from your account.
2. Provide your details
Send your MoahBoost username or account email, and a clear statement that you want your personal data deleted.
3. We review
Our team verifies the request and confirms your identity to protect your account from unauthorized deletions.
4. Data deleted
Eligible personal data is permanently deleted. We keep only what the law requires us to retain (e.g. financial records).
Requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
When submitting a request, provide:
- Your MoahBoost username or account email
- A clear statement that you want your personal data deleted

Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive login credentials when requesting data deletion. MoahBoost support will never ask for your password.
