Wallet, Payments & Fraud Policy

MoahBoostPanel

This policy explains how MoahBoostPanel protects its wallet, payment, and transaction systems, and the rules that apply to every account.

Effective: October 7, 2026Last updated: October 7, 2026
This policy applies to all MoahBoostPanel accounts, wallets, deposits, transactions, and payment activity across the platform and all partner panels. It works alongside our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1Legitimate Payments Only

All funds added to a MoahBoost account must originate from a legitimate payment made through an officially supported payment method.

Users must not attempt to manipulate, falsify, bypass, reverse, or interfere with MoahBoost's payment, wallet, deposit, or transaction systems.

2Unauthorized Wallet Credits

Any wallet balance, deposit, credit, bonus, or transaction that is added to an account without a corresponding legitimate and verified payment may be treated as an unauthorized or fraudulent credit.

This includes, but is not limited to:

3Investigation of Suspicious Transactions

MoahBoost may investigate any transaction or account activity that appears suspicious, inconsistent, unauthorized, or fraudulent.

During an investigation, MoahBoost may temporarily:

4Reversal of Unauthorized Credits

If an investigation determines that funds were credited without a legitimate payment or through unauthorized activity, MoahBoost reserves the right to reverse or remove the unauthorized credit and correct the affected wallet balance.

If the unauthorized balance has already been used to purchase services, MoahBoost may also cancel or reverse affected transactions where reasonably necessary.

5Account Suspension or Termination

Accounts involved in suspected fraud, unauthorized wallet manipulation, payment abuse, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or other attempts to obtain services without legitimate payment may be suspended or terminated.

MoahBoost may also restrict related accounts where there is reasonable evidence that they are being used to circumvent a suspension or investigation.

6Security Investigations and Records

To protect the platform and its users, MoahBoost may maintain and review relevant security and transaction records, including payment references, transaction history, login activity, IP information, device information, API activity, and system logs, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Users must cooperate reasonably with legitimate investigations concerning suspicious transactions.

7No Right to Fraudulently Obtained Funds

A user does not acquire a legitimate right to funds or services merely because an unauthorized amount appears in their MoahBoost wallet.

Users must not knowingly spend, withdraw, transfer, or otherwise use funds that they know, or reasonably should know, were credited incorrectly or without a legitimate payment.

8Reporting Security Issues

If you discover a security vulnerability, incorrect wallet credit, payment error, or other issue that could affect account balances, please report it to MoahBoost support instead of attempting to exploit it.

Good-faith security reports are encouraged.

9Final Determination

MoahBoost reserves the right to review and determine the appropriate action concerning suspicious or unauthorized transactions based on available transaction records, security evidence, payment-provider information, and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to MoahBoost under applicable law.

10Policy Updates

MoahBoost may update this policy when necessary to address new payment methods, security threats, fraud patterns, regulatory requirements, or improvements to the platform.

Continued use of MoahBoost after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, where permitted by applicable law.
